Occidental Tucancun

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved my choice.

Facilities were great, yet Wi-Fi was crappy.

Fairly clean hotel with great views, we think it's a vacation base for staying in Cancun. The setting is favourable and wonderful, close enough to Cancun and the restaurants.

Everything was perfect, we had special 2 days here. We loved the room with a/c, the bed was very comfy.

The restaurant here was great for dinner, we both ordered hot dishes. The airport was approx 28 minutes' drive away.

Beds were very small in this place.

Everything was very clean, nothing to complain about, I would recomand it. It was clean, and I loved perfect stuff and food.

Everything was well-maintained, though we stayed for 5 nights only. Pleasant and kind staff from the check in to the waitress and waiters, loved this place.

Had the best stay for out 5th visit and would stay here again. Had every detail wanted for our weekend, appreciated staff and location. A mini-bar, climate control and an individual safe in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

This hotel is relaxing and clean with perfect location right across the mall and attentive staff.

Everything is great here, had a comfortable stay for vacation.

We loved hotel's staff and food. The room met our needs, functional with 1 bed. Late check-out was useful. Besides, parking was available on site.

The rooms where well heated, it was spotless and reasonably spacious venue. In the morning I had eggs, fruit and bacon. Magnificent view of ocean...

Have stayed at this reasonably priced hotel before and always had very good service. Appalling staff, exceptional rooms in a decent location. Plus I reached H Roof in 20 minutes by foot. The beds were very clean, I slept well. It had variety of meals for breakfast, including fruit, eggs and bacon;))

The hotel itself is iconic, the bedroom is spacious. Privileged location not too far from La Madonna Southern Italian Restaurant.

Worth its 4 stars. We liked this hotel's staff and the food. We were in a double room with climate control, a private safe and a mini fridge bar. By the way, WiFi fee is 12 usd per 24 hours. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like La Veranda, set within 15 minutes walk or so.

A great hotel in Cancun. Excellent restaurant served Italian specialties. Their manager rocks! Moreover, it had Wi Fi in the rooms...

Excellent home base for exploring Cancun. The staff was friendly and the room was tidy. Breakfast is served on restaurant! Give my respects to your bartender!

The poolside bar was available on the premises. We really enjoyed occidental tucancun. The hotel met our requirements:)))
